Divine Might (Repeat) - An Issue to obtain Moonlight Ore.

Hello~

Last night I tossed my Abyssal Earring & reading step by step how to repeat Divine Might Quest to obtain new Earring . However, I stopped in step obtain Moonlight Ore and Ark Pentasphere.

to obtain both Key Item I must trade Light Ore to the Qu'Hau Spring when it is full to receive the Moonlight Ore.

same to Ark Pentasphere, tarde one Bottle Of Illuminink and one Parchment the Qu'Hau Spring when it is full to receive it.

When Qu'Hau Spring became full of water?

1. The moon must be full.
2. The in-game time must be between 0:00 and 3:00 (i.e. just after the game-day changes).
3. The weather must be clear.

My Issue Here in Step No.3 : The weather must be clear !!!
I have been staying for 3 hours Durning Full Moon , & time duration is very short
for 3 hours & the weather Never been clean
So I have to wait Next Full Moon w/ Hoping there is no weather ....

Please Reduce the weather duration effect in Ro'Maeve.
