Error 401

My partner was having trouble using their card to pay for FFXI and received the error message 401 each time.

We were able to bypass the error using crysta and ultimatepay.

We would like to use direct card payments though. Any advice on resolving that particular issue for future ease of payments?

Getting an error 401 as I try to reactivate my 2nd account. Activated first account 10 minutes earlier without any problems. What's going on? I know it's not my bank because CC works fine for all other payments. Please come with an answer as I've seen a lot of frustrated people in the XIV forums with similar problems. I just don't understand why it's so terribly hard to get something done when it comes to online payments to SE compared to all other online payments people make all over the world.
