POL Registration Code When Downloading from Gamestop?

Friend of mine is trying to setup a FFXI account and has done the following so far:

1) Setup a SquareEnix ID.

2) Installed FFXI and POL.

She cannot seem to find a POL Registration Code to register a POL ID and get started...

Where would she find this, and what are the next steps?

Gamestop should have emailed you the codes. They may have ended up in your junk mail folder. This happened to me.
