Campaign Battle: Allied NPCs incorrect attack speed with both March songs

Well along with the glitchy AI, I also seemed to notice that even though Ulmia would cast both of the Bard March songs and they would successfully apply to the Allied NPCs.... Their attack speed seems unchanged however.
