It took 1 year for BLU, COR, and PUP to get Relic gear, why on earth is Dynamis being redone, and still neither of the post-cop-jobs have relic weapons? And No! Mythic and Emperyean are not Relic weapons, hence why they are named Mythic and Emperyean and why every job pre-CoP and CoP jobs have them as well.

Empyreans are mostly superior to relics, why are you asking for a downgrade option that is more expensive and time consuming?

Because:
1. It could easily be as upgradable as the Relics are now through ToM to actually be somewhat good
2. For jobs like BLU namely, you could dual wield Emeryean and a Relic (lets face it, Mythic sucks for some of us and is situational)
3. If your going to make access to Dynamis easier, that implies drops for items will be easier, so expensive? Doubt it. Time Consuming... Maybe

COR: Death Penalty and especially Armageddon absolutely destroy Annihilator anyways, and COR's lack of KC access or Silver Bullet access really hurts their ability to perform the way Anni-RNGs do. There is no point giving them this weapon.

PUP: Spharai are weapons with a Counter Enhancement. This would be rather silly to give to a job with no native Counter trait. Verethragna and Kenkonken also destroy Spharai, so this is a waste of time.

BLU: Obviously the only job out of all 5 of the Post-ToAU jobs you are asking about, and Excalibur is still crap compared to Tizona and especially Almace. Excal has always been a fairly weak weapon, its only saving grace being its Additional Effect which is still mostly useless now that sword-wielders are not so weak as to gain the majority of their damage from Max HP procs.

DNC: This is probably the only Post-ToAU job that could actually use their Relic. Mandau is definitely still competitive these days, especially on DNC which can't force Rudra's Storm to crit. I have no idea how Terpsichore stands up though.

SCH: Claustrum wat?

Offhand a DA+ Khanda or STR Shamshir with an Almace and you'll get better/comparable results versus offhanding an Excalibur for a significantly smaller time contribution.

I was under the impression they could, might be mistaken though.

It can with dnc AF3 body, its highest chance being at 300% TP... its about a 50% chance after 300 TP. Doesn't change fact Rudra's is crap. Evisceration blows it out of the water. You basically need AF3+2 body, striking and climactic flourish to make any use of Rudra's on a dnc, so force critting every 2 mins for optimal dmg.

I think he meant a useful relic-type weapon. Which, you know, wouldn't be a bad thing at all.
