Siegel Sash is affected. Might have something to do with waist slot in general.

I actually can't wait to get home just for this. Wish I wouldn't have to wait on update - hope it's a quickie!

Loving all the extra inventory space. Thanks, SE!

Mog Wardrobe is fantastic.

If that was the only thing in this update, it still would have been the best update of the last year.

I love my mog wardrobe, i never realized how many seals etc I was missing out on when i was soloing because my bags were always cluttered and full until yesterday, I also like the fact that I don't have to dig through 4 bags just to find a piece of gear, and feeling rushed because the group is waiting on me. No matter how hard I tried to keep gear seperated into different bags it always managed to get cluttered together. This is the best thing SE has added to the game in a very long time.

agreed even tho it will take about a month or 2 to get used to the new system

all i use Mog Wardrobe is
Magian staves (25)
elemental grips (8)
weapon skill belts,gorgets,heads (24)
opo-opo neckles (1)
..etc
basically any thing that can be used on multiple jobs

Greetings,

Thanks for the positive feedback on the Mog Wardrobe. I’m glad to see everyone putting it to good use!

In the same vein of inventory, we’ve been seeing some requests for a way to store Rem’s Tales because players’ Gobbiebags are becoming cluttered when collecting each chapter. At the moment we do not have any plans to introduce a special system to store these items; however the development team will be continuing to implement ways to free up space in your inventory. (The Mog Wardrobe was one of these ways.)

In the June version update, we’ll be making it possible to stack ores and other materials in groups of 12 along with some other adjustments. This should help open up some inventory space. :)

Would it be possible to make them work in a system similar to the Beastmen seals? So after obtaining Chapters from the RoE NPC you could store them, exchange them or retrieve them if necessary with another NPC.

Even better if you could change the system so the RoE NPC only had 2 coupons to give. One for 7500 Sparks and on for 15000. You would then trade these coupons to the Shamo-ish NPC to store.

TL;DR

Sparks NPC > 7500 Coupon / 15000 Coupon (Sparks)

Chapters NPC > Can hold 7500 coupons, 15000 coupons, and receive Tales you already have to store them as Coupons.

You can then cash the coupons and obtain Chapters from this NPC as you need them.

Edit > Alternatively you could just increase the amount of Sparks we can store. So people don't need to obtain the tales when they get closer to 50000 sparks.

PS > Either way <3 the Wardrobe. :D

If only these QoL improvements were introduced like 8 years ago. Pretty incredible stuff!

Mog Wardrobe is nice, but I give it 3 weeks before people are once again requesting more space.

Three weeks? You probably mean 3 seconds. XD

But the real awesome about the Wardrove isn't the space itself (although that's obviously nice) but the fact that you can equip items from that bag as well. And that is pretty huge in practice.

You know, that would result into not liking the post in the end. :D

More inventory space is definitely cool, although it's a bit too late to do this kind of great adjustments. Regardless, I am certainly glad they are doing them for the remainder of our journey. ^^

I thoughr logs could be bound with twine

The bundling twine is used to turn logs into lumber. You use 3 logs, twine, and a crystal to make triple the lumber.

Stack ores... I wanted to hit 'like' 10 times! why has it taken 12 years though!?!?!??!It probably wasn't a technical issue, but a balance(i.e how they wanted things, i.e. make you leave an area to unload product and return or not thereby slowing down the farming of items thereby not crashing the market. Check FFXIV to learn the economical dangers of such H.E.L.M. items like ore and logs stacking to 99 in a well populated game. NOTE: Well populated does not necessarily mean there has to be a million people online at once. It just means "actively played by many gamers") issue. Now that FFXI can be considered a nice "small" cozy spot to be around, it doesn't hurt so much to allow some items to stack.

I love the mog wardrobe simply because only armour/weapons can go in there leaving the inventory for all the junk that falls. I won't be npc'ing something like my wirve hairpin with refresh, /cry.
