This forum should to be broken down into each different craft. Maybe even a location to post requests for someone to craft something for them.

The more subforums a forum has, the more messy it tends to get. Why not make use of the tag feature and also mark the topic title? Like...

I don't think it would make it messy. Could put Synthesis and then each synth underneath the current jobs list.
