Empy harp/shield obtainment

As I'm sure everyone who has evenstarted trying to obtain one of these is aware the entire process is insane. the conversion rate on the abyssite seems to be .00016%, the drop rate is abyssally low, the repop timer is just stupid long, the odds that any static will stay together are slightly lower than the odds of defecating platinum nuggets in real life (I've joined 3 statics and have exactly 0 souls to show for it, none of the statics survived the 1st player getting their harp), and the competition to get the mobs is fierce and heavy. Also, unlike all the rest of the Empy weapons there IS no shortcut path to upgrading these.

So, ideas on how to make it easier for those serious about obtainment.

multiple mobs
instant respawn
make the souls and horns unable to be bazaared
100% conversion rate on abyssite
other methods of obtainment
allow us to heal/buff the NMs so they can kill the popper and we can steal the mob for the conversion/drop.

this is supposed to be a game, it's supposed to be fun and we're supposed to be friendly to other players, I understood that to be the reason we don't have general PvP. or is there some other definition of "fun" with which I'm unfamiliar?:mad:

I like all of that except your last idea. That seems kind of jerk like and if they implemented that, you'd have players going in and having you killed just for the hell of it and not even care about the drops.

I'm aware of that Marada, it was sarcasm to make my point, because it really IS that cutthroat to get the VNM timewasters involved in this path. then to have to engage in all that competition just to have the abyssite not change is just insult to injury.

I actually agree to seeing an improvement in how more frequent an abyssite changes color and see more Tier 2 and Tier 3 Voidwalker NM's to roam abyssea with a reduced respawn timer or make them a forced ??? pop and do away w/ the old system of healing to pop them.
