Was just wondering if this is now can be bought through a map npc like other quest only maps now can be. If so then from who/where

I'm pretty sure that's a no (I still think it's silly they made some maps available like they did, like, crawlers's nest for instance... rawr).

And by sure I mean I maybe guess so. ^^;

Have to add my wish for a buyable Uleg map ... that quest is frustrating.
