NPC Name: Zuah Lepahnyu (or any Traveling Bard)
Steps:
1. I have 106 Smithing skill, more than enough to unlock the achievement.
2. Clicked the Traveling bard npc to unlock the achievement
3. NPC does not show the achievement in the list to be unlocked, (every other achievement unlocked except "Synthesis Skill 100"
4. The NPC does not recognize achievement unlock-ability over 100.
5. It seems that others are having a similar issue. Based on what this user wrote on the achievement specific page of this website.

6. I originally played on PC where the achievement was leveled prior to attempted to unlock the achievement on Xbox 360. This is preventing me from attaining 100%.
7. I will not continue with the game until this has been resolved.
8. It's a simple fix on the developers part, allow the traveling bard to recognize a craft level over 100.
