Please Remove "Bountiful Bazaar" in the Super Kupowers list

Because of the recent abolition of bazaar fees, this super kupower no longer functions. Please remove it from the list of possible kupowers so that we might get more useful ones. Maybe a vendor prices -5% one instead would be a nice "non-adoulin" function.

The Bountiful Bazaars kupower has nothing to do with bazaar taxes though. It opens all of the regional vendors to make purchases from. This was added so that low level crafters could easily obtain materials specific to an area without having to travel all over hell and back to craft.

WTF is the OP on? Bountiful Bazaar is probably just about the best Kupower there is. It has nothing to do with player bazaars. It makes it so that all regional vendors in the starter cities are fully stocked. Very useful to have all the regional vendors in one place.
