NPC's forDRAGON QUEST X ONLINE Crossover

the npc's for DRAGON QUEST X ONLINE Crossover are not showing but the slime mobs are

i should tell you that the only ones i have checked are on server Carbuncle at bastok markets and south gustaberg

I also cannot find the NPCs in Windurst or San d'Oria, or any of the Spriggan NPCs, but the mobs are all still there. I didn't do these quests on all my characters yet, and had hoped to get it done over the next few hours before the event ends...
