Curious Question About Melee BRD

So I have been making a set for melee BRD for the lols while I am keeping up with my normal BRD gear. I recently got the skirmish staff, working on +2ing it, and was wondering if I duelwield would the MAcc on my off hand count?

If it's "magic accuracy skill" it counts, but it doesn't stack with the magic acc skill on your main hand.

staff is a 2 handed weapon as well, how do you plan to DW it?
