If I do a world transfer on March 20th, will I have to wait until June 20th to transfer again? Or on April 1st will my world transfer "recast time" become 0 days? I'd like to move as soon as possible but 3 months is a long wait if things don't work out as planned on the new server.
SE gets an extra 7$ from me if so!

I tried contacting support about this issue and they told me that the changes should already be in effect -.-;

This is incorrect. The reduction in price and days allotted, will become effective on April, 01 2014!

You are very right. The support person couldn't seem to grasp that "April 1" hadn't already happened for 2014 yet and for that reason, I got no good answer. >.>
