The collaboration event notification on the login screen says FFXI: A Realm Reborn, now either this is a typo or I missed the release of an awesome new game :P

You can go Here (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/3505) and you can find templates that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please update your post.
