Hi, I have been away for a while, but I found out my world (Caitsith) is getting merged and I wanted to get on and make sure there was nothing in my delivery box so I wouldn't lose it. After thinking about it even more, I wanted to start playing again some as well.

My credit card on file expired and I didn't think to change it until it was too late. When I try to log in now it tells me that I need to reactivate, and when I go through that process in-game, it tells me that my id/password is incorrect. When I try to go through the reactivation process on the website, FFXI isn't even listed as a recoverable account, although FFXIV is which I don't even have an account for. I figured out the URL by basing it on the FFXIV URL, and when I type that in I get a maintenance message.

I have checked the info section of the main FFXI site, and there's no info about that service being under maintenance, and I can't seem to find any news relating to this. Any ideas?
