I was thinking on infamy and the lack of it helping get gear. So, got an idea for accessory items you can make from doing it.
The tiers of these items are available to upgrade for specific gear that will take you from 1 to 99 special belts. Just need to collect the items, then trade them to the suspicious npc in your nation to receive the new item.
