Ha! It WAS the Beastmen Leaders' respawn timer reduction!!
Dear Lord did that take long enough!
(Now for April, fix HMP and dross amounts and we should be gold)

No clue just HOW MUCH it was reduced..... But we'll find out soon enough. (Hopefully it's on par with mainland leaders.)
