Here's some more blue spells for your wishlists:
Tulfairs- pentapeck
Triple gear- restoral
Gear- railcannon
Chariot- diffusion ray, homing missile
Raaz- barreling smash
Morta- night stalker
Iron giant- arm cannon, ballistic kick
Acrolith- dire straight
Pixie- Lethe/ zephyr arrow, summer/ autumn breeze
Caturae- diabolic claw, Stygian sphere, tabbiya gambit
Shinryu- might guard, cosmic breath
Snapweed- stink bomb, tickling tendril
Leafkin- conseration, photorophic wrath
Naraka- sakra storm, yaksha: oblivion
Lion wkr
Tree wkr
Bird wkr
Aern- crystaline coccon

Possible new traits:
Auto refresh 2
Blue spell DMG up
blue enhancing duration up

Blue Wishlist

Tulfaire: Swooping Frenzy - (new benthic) or pentapeck with a working amnesia that would work on NMs
Caturae: Stygian Sphere - new cure spell with added Stoneskin effect
Raaz: Zealous Snort - enhances either magic defense or haste 20%(another spell to allow blu's back in parties)
Snapweed: Tickling Tendrils - unlike mob's version, magical stun with a decent recast
Mantid: Preying Posture - attack and acc boost for >= 3 minutes
Sandworm: Extreme Purgation - absorbs all stats, buffs, and debuffs
Orobon: Gnash - deals 25% dmg of mobs current hp
Acrolith: Detonating Grip - Deals massive damage + deals 10% dmg of max hp to user
Spheroid: Stun Bolt - Fast magical Stun
Iron Giant: Ballistic Kick - Ranged spell that has an enfeeble like gravity or something
Leafkin: Photorophic wrath - regen III + attack up
Chariot: Homing Missile - hate reset spell (cause all blus know we are not always supposed to be tanks)
Gear & Triple Gear - see above
Ramparts: Choke Chain - more amnesia

Unbridled Learning Spells:
Shinryu: Mighty Guard - of course, gives phalanx + regain
Yztarg: Soulshattering Roar - grants user immunity from damage type of weapon being held.
Naraka: Yaksha Oblivion - moderate damage + debuffs all stats
Marolith: Tectnonic Shift - enspell 2 of element of the day for 30 minutes
Monoceros: Scintillant Lance - extreme magical damage
All the new WK NMs - anything from them

Job Traits:
DW IV
Crit Hit rate up
Crit Attack up
more existing DW, DA, Auto Refresh traits

can't think of anything more atm, but when I do I will probably edit this.

I'd like a few new ones but I'd even more like some old ones fixed or revamped, set point costs lowered, especially the spells for the traits we always have to set to DD, buff duration's increased, old spell D caps removed.

Occultation: MP cost lowered dramatically.
Diamondhide: MP cost lowered, casting time lowered dramatically.
Almost every buff: duration increased

Unbridled Learning: Allows use of any blue magic spell, not just the unbridled learning list.

Pyric Bulwark: Instead of "Ignores next physical damage hit.", 2:00 Duration of "Occasionally ignores physical damage." 15% chance.
Mighty Guard: Phalanx (5+Skill/25), Regain 2, Duration 2:30, 85MP.

Swooping Frenzy would fit thematically because it's like a more powerful version of Helldive.

Diamondhide also needs better SS coverage. I agree with your post though on that alllll spells need reevaluated.

Diamonhide needs the ss cap removed too. We also need a way to make setting spells cheaper, maybe a quest for something like blue magic mastery, could do something along the lines of more spell slots, cheaper blue points per spell, innate long durations of blue buffs maybe a hidden mp conservation.
