Any chance to see equipment to replace Ostreger Mitts/Wyvern Mail?

Since the level cap was increased several years ago, Dragoon was able to upgrade their breath potency gear from level <75 gear. There are two pieces that have yet to be replaced so far and I wondering if there will be equipment released in the future that boast higher Wyvern HP+ bonuses than these? I was hopeful that Reforged Artifact/Reforged Relic Armor would have given +Wyvern HP in the body or hand slot but I was disappointed.

At any rate, Dragoons are still using these two pieces:

Maybe reforged Empyrean armor could give +HP in body/slot, or new delve/fracture drops or plasm equipment for the new delve next patch could see this realized? I just want to toss gear from <75 already.

I wouldn't even bother with them at this point. Shouldn't the HP from the other gear make your breath good enough to basically cap your HP at this point anyways? : /

Isn't the Reforged relic actually a downgrade from the +2 feet once you factor in wyvern leveling and everything? Or is it just a very slight upgrade?

10% Wyvern HP is accounting BEFORE the +HP from other gear. So 10% from +2 relic feet was giving somewhere along the lines of 165-175 HP so the new feet are definitely an upgrade( I got Ptero feet before Ptero armet and noticed higher breath potency than with wyrm greaves+2 so it's definitely not a downgrade.)

As shown, I've done 4 different gear set ups.

NQ Ptero + Vishap+1
Under this setup, Wyrm+2 overtake Ptero at 2475 Base wyvern HP. Which I do think actually happens. IIRC, I've spirit linked a wyvern at 5% HP, for 2k, and only took him up to something like 70%~ HP.

Full HP+ gear(+195), NQ Ptero, and Vishap+1
This time, Wyrm+2 overtake Ptero at 2300 base wyvern HP.

HQ Ptero, and Vishap+1
Wyrm+2 catches up at 2850 HP. I doubt this can happen without HP atma.

Full HP+ gear, HQ Ptero, and Vishap+1
Wyrm+2 wins at 2700 HP. Again, I think this is unlikely to occur.

Basically,for Ptero to be better in most reasonable situations *I think* it needs to be +1. I say I think, because I'm only reasonably certain a wyvern has 2500~ HP with parameter boost5 and a 119 wep. But not absolutely certain.

New Ilvl HP values need testing. Should put that on my list...

A thought occurs that could well invalidate most of the comparisons in my above post. Thing is, I can't recall if this was just an idea I had, or if we actually tested it, but..

It's possible that parameter bonus HP is added last. Like so.

Total Wyvern HP = [([Base HP + Additive HP Gear]*(Wyvern HP% Gear))+Parameter Bonus HP]

If this were the case then Ptero(even NQ) would always be best.

I also seem to vaguely recall it being thought that parameter bonus didn't give HP+ at first. But the usual WHP test is generally to put on brais, then spirit link. If parameter bonus HP is added last, then you'd only get the normal value from brais, and think no additional HP had been gained.

We later tested using Tarsal slam and got absolute HP values. Showing definite HP gain from parameter bonus.

I just can't recall if we tested HP% gear + parameter bonus...

I found some info regarding the Wyvern's max HP Here (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Dragoon_Wyvern#Notes), and it seems that as a base, the wyvern gets around 13.5 HP per level. I allowed 14, then added the 24% bonus for levelling up, and it came to 2066 HP at 119.

I'm assuming that the facts on the wiki page are correct, of course, and that they haven't been given any boosts since that info was added (20010/11), but I can't remember if they did or not?
I'm also assuming that the increase continues to scale fairly linearly, though I allowed for a slight increase as at 75 it was ~13.2 HP per level and 90 was ~13.5.
