A friend of mine who plays on X-box 360 is stuck on this mission. The NPC will not give him the cut scene.
Thinking maybe it was the x-box he logged onto his character on his brothers PC, the npc still will not give him the cut scene.
It says in his mission log that he is on Yggdrasil.
