bonus items

Not sure were to ask this question but I have one character on my account with the bonus items from the seekers collection.If i delete my character to change the race will i still get my bonus items for my new character or will it be gone for good?

That's a bummer! I was hoping that i would be able to delete my main and change race and get them back :(

Destrier items can only be redeemed once, for one character. If you redeem them and then delete the character, they aren't able to be redeemed again. You want to settle on a character you will stick with before you redeem those.

Has anybody succeeded in calling Customer Support and having the status for a redemption "reset"?

I sent my Chocobo Shirt to a mule for storage reasons, and then as part of the following patch, they made that item undeliverable to characters on the same account. I'd just buy/trade for another code, but they don't let you redeem for it more than once per character.
