Unable to progress in mission "Kumhau, the Flashfrost Naakual"

Steps:
1. Reached mission "Kumhau, the Flashfrost Naakual".
2. Proceeded to F-11 and click on the Crawling Cave to begin the cutscene.
3. At this stage my PC froze and I had to restart.
4. After logging back in I was unable to re-initiate the cutscene at the Crawling Cave, without completing the cutscene I am unable to receive the "Aureate ball of fur" key item that is required to proceed.
I have tried viewing the cutscene at the goblin trail but that did not help, also attempted to trace my steps from previous mission but clicking the ??? for the Kumhau WKR, tried talking to Levi in western Adoulin, visiting the scouts coalition, and proceeding to the next missions "Hollowed Pathway".
None of these have given me a result and therefore I am unable to progress in the mission line.

I have successfully been able to proceed.
Zoning into Ceizak Battlegrounds triggered the second part of the cut-scene allowing me to obtain the KI, I assume that at the end of the initial cutscene in Kamihr drifts I would have been teleported to Ceizak to automatically trigger that one.
