Steps:
1. I went to Western Altepa Desert to fight the NM Sabotender Enamorado at the coordinate G-7, spawned from the Dreamrose.
2. Clicked on the Dreamrose and monster did not spawn.
I completed all the cutscenes, spoke to all NPC beforehand, and have enough rank points for the mission. I even attempted this mission with a friend a couple months ago and we failed. We have been trying again recently and we don’t get the NM to spawn. I have switched between my main lvl 93 RDM and WHM to see if it has to do with a maximum level. Nothing different happens no matter the level :(
