New Player looking for LS

Hello i've been playing ffxi for a little while and i'm enjoying it but at the moment i've been soloing everything as i'm nowhere near end game lol for that matter i'm not even close to 75

So I was wondering if there was any LS that help new players or that don't mind new players being here?
