Records of Eminence question / problem

My inventory has like 10 free spots, but I keep getting the following error:

You have yet to receive certain special bonuses from objectives you have completed.
Make room in your inventory and recieve your rewards from the Records of Eminence Menu.

How do I fix this?

That error means your inventory was full when you completed a Records of Eminence quest that offers a reward.

What you'll need to do is make sure you have inventory space, enter the Records of Eminence menu, and then click on the completed quest under "Current". It will then prompt you to receive your reward.

You have to claim those rewards from the Records of Eminence menu. Your inventory was full when you got them, so the rewards were cached in the menu for the quest, and won't be auto-distributed. You have to mainually choose to claim them. The icon by the quest and the color of the text will be different.
