Can someone please explain to me what the point of Black Belt is now that the MNK ilvl109 AF set puts you at the gear haste cap?

For when you want to wear DT sets maybe...? idk it's a level 70 peice of gear wouldn't expect too much out of it

At one point, they promised us a black belt upgrade that would require you to already have the original black belt. Not sure if they're still planning on doing that, though.
