On the subject of Trust and parties. I tried partying the other day (losing Trust NPC support in the process), and it was as bad as you would imagine it was.
But the main reason was not that we couldn't make it with Fellows alone, but rather that since we both had them set to Fierce Attacker there was no way for us to sustain ourselves, and going back to town to change roles would mean to lose all the accumulated GoV bonuses in the process. So we quickly disbanded.
One way to do this could be adding an option to Field/Ground tomes so we could change a Fellow's role there. Another would be to simply doing so by clicking on them and using a menu.
And it would most definitely help if fellows were enhanced with a similar HP/MP regen that Trust NPCs enjoy. Even better if it required a nice quest to gain the trait (Mirror related quest? Yes please.)
Because in my opinion using Fellows should be the preferred option while in parties considering the amount of time some of us have spent leveling them.
