I've been sitting in a queue for over an hour now. Are you sure this feature is working as intended?

Maybe some GM calls get randomly deleted from the queue?

Whatever the problem is, it's a bit annoying, especially considering you can't do much else while waiting, because you need to pay attention in case you get a reply.

When I had my mission bug happen in November, I had to try for a week to get a GM. I places the call, went through more of a play session, had to log of for bed or work, and got a notice the next time I logged in that they tried to reach me and I wasn't available. One of these sessions was 8 hours long. I had to wait for a weekend and submit in the morning, and I got a response after 2 hours, on the fifth attempt during the week. The next time I followed up, again on a weekend, I got a response within an hour. They still haven't touched my ticket to fix my glitched nation mission that is keeping me from progress, and it's been on the Dev Teams desk since the end of November.

Well, in my case, all I wanted them to do was to move my character out of an area where i couldn't (and still can't) log in. I can log in with all other characters I have, but not my main.

Saying your character is stuck seems to be the only issue you can say to flag a GM. It's what I had to use for mine. All others besides reporting harrassment seem to point you to the web site or the in-game help. It seems they have a handful of GMs between all the servers now, like they're down to 10 or less. Response time is horrible to anyone I've asked recently.

When I've had trouble and called it's usually within an hour. The one time I did wait for ages the GM apologized profusely, guess I'm one of the few these days.
