crafting NPCs not listing all recipes or putting recipes in wrong area

Steps:
1. Talk to Hakeem, select "Information on synthesis materials"
2. Choose Veteran or Expert
3. "Walnut Cookies", "Date Tea", "Dragon Fruit au Lait", "Dragon Tank", "Smoldering Salisbury Steak" appear under both Veteran and Expert but should only be under Expert
4. "Fizzy Broth" should be expert but is listed only under Veteran
5. "Red Curry" and "Himesama Rice Ball" are missing completely
6. "Riverfin Soup" and "Magma Steak" are missing, though those would be listed under Authority if such a crafting rank were possible to obtain

Cookiemaker is 110 base cooking skill with an additional +5 skill from Culinary Stall and +5 skill from katana, hat, and apron.

What happens when you chose a rank is it starts at first recipe of that rank and continues listing them till the end. You could chose novice and eventually scroll your way to level 110 recipes. When you check with the npc it just goes into the next rank without any breaks to show you you did.

Is between various level 100 recipes and a level 103 recipe. That makes it definitely 100-102. If it is 100 it shouldn't be under expert. Seems I overlooked that when I first looked for the recipe. I'll check again to make sure.

Alot of old recipes from all guilds are missing. I think it was CoP when they started putting them all in but can't remember.

And the comprehensive npc only shows recipes that are equal to or below your base crafting skill. So you wont be able to see riverfin or mamga steak until they raise the cap again. Perfectly normal
