Reprisal's Damage Volatile enmity(better known amongst players as CE, or Cumulative enmity) value appears to be 0. This is rather odd, as as far as I know, all actions generate at least 1 Damage Volatile enmity. And even stranger for a spell that specifically received an update to increase it's enmity generation, along side Foil.

Monster Name:Wild Rabbit
Steps:
1. Gather 3 players with no enmity modifying gear, merits, or job traits(tranquil heart.)
2. Player 3 pulls(takes action on) a monster. Any action is fine.
3. Players 1 and 2 cast cure 1 for 0 hp on player 3. Adding them to the monster's hate list, and giving them each 1 Damage Volatile Enmity.
4.Player 3 then zones to remove himself from the monster's hate list. The monster will now target which ever player cast cure most recently.
5.Player 2 casts Cure 1 for 0 hp on self.
Current Enmity values;
Player 1: 1 Damage Volatile Enmity.
Player 2: 2 Damage Volatile Enmity.
Player 2 is now the monster's target.
6. Player 1 casts Reprisal. Monsters targets Player 1, but turns back to player 1 after aprox. 10 seconds.
If reprisal had even 1 Damage Volatile enmity, the monster would have stayed on player 1 after reprisal. Since both players would have 2 Damage Volatile enmity, it would continue to target the last player to act even after the Time volatile enmity has degraded.
Thus reprisal current yields 0 Damage Volatile enmity.
I can't say for certain that this is a glitch, but it does seem very strange to lower the Damage volatile enmity value for a spell that was supposed to receive an enmity increase. And making it 0 is even stranger, considering everything else in the game yields at least 1 Damage volatile enmity
Foil was adjusted in the same update as reprisal. And it now yields 320 damage volatile enmity. Seems... a bit unfair if 0 damage volatile enmity on reprisal was intended.
If this is working as intended, please at least let us know that. If it is a glitch, then I hope to see a improved value in the future. Thank you.
