Can not re-obtain item, but I do not possess item

I did win a Creed Baudrier but it seems I likely thrown it away, but when I try to get one back from fighting the iron giant, the game says I can only have one of those items. I DO NOT HAVE IT. Its not on my mule or even a storage slip or even my mannequin. The staff in Japan could copy my account and they could see what is going on.

First of all, it is unlikely that they can receive your report unless you include more information (see: Welcome to Forum: In-Game Bugs!).


As for your issue, it is very likely that you have the item indeed in your possession. Having this sort of items in a storage slip or in the possession of another character/delivery box does not matter; the item must be in one of the storages in a mog house, or on the character for it to matter.

I, of course, can not verify that you're indeed not experiencing something erroneous, so I can only implore you to triple and quadruple check the storages of the affected character.

I recommend very very slowly scrolling thru each of your entire inventories. Then look thru the items section of the auto translate function. If it was there and you just missed it it will show up in auto translate. If it doesn't then it wasn't there or you scrolled by too fast

Canceling the report. I think something strange happened. after i sold something to the ah, the item magically appeared.

I was gonna say the job accessories the iron giants drop are 100% drop (no TH needed). and dont drop if everyone in party has one (i am pretty sure it is one of those type items)
