Q1. Based on the service you received, how likely are you to continue playing the game?

The available answers are "Extremely Satisfied," "Satisfied," and so forth, none of which make sense for the question asked.

Q2 through Q7 ask about "how satisfied," to which those answers would make sense, but they don't work for Q1. Q9 and Q10 ask about "likeliness," but the available answers there are similarly based on likeliness.

When trying to fill in EU survey I get this error after clicking submit:

This is not about that survey, but yeah, the one you speak of does seem broken.
