Trial weapons and augmented armor stats and progression loss after server transfer

I transfered servers about a week ago and went to continue some trials and noticed the weapon was blank. I started checking my completed trial weapons and other on going trial weapons and noticed the same all progress was gone and any stat a long with it. A long with the weapons armor that I have obtained from the add on scenarios also had the same issue all the augmented stats were gone.

Press the menu button when highlighting the weapon/armor. They gave us multi-page item descriptions a few patches ago.
