Change toon

Some of us have been plaing ffxi for a very long time with the same toon. Can there be away to change like the toons hair , color of hair, or even hight, or say mithra to tarutaru. We been stuck on the same, and to ask to lv nother toon, after we have like 10 75+ is just wrong lol. I know change from tarutaru to mithra or w/e would be hardest, but color of hair, hair or face type I would not think would be to hard.

I agree, FFXI is a grownups game, you wanna play w/ toons, go back to WoW

on the other hand, I think it would be nice to change our character's face, considering how long people have been playing, but races should stay constant

I love it when people equate wow as the end all of mmo terms. Toon was used back in EQ actually, and even farther back in Ultima online too I think I remember.

Anyhow, yes I think the ability to change our character/toon would be nice to have and long over due. But in before ps2 limitations! :p

I think it would just be nice to redo appearance a bit for more variety. Maybe add a little place to swing by in some town(s) where you could go and change hair styles and get it trimmed. Personally, I chose my character's appearance based on it being the least irritating to my eye at the time, however, I would love to have a redone hair style with long hair, either hanging down or similar to my Fellow NPC's ponytail, but in its current color.
