"Spoils (Seals)" /ugh

Can't this be changed to (crystals)...

You can even choose a specific crystal, even clusters if you want...

(seals) is not only still not functioning properly (I will NOT be submitting the bug report) but the time limited restriction @ 5 minutes per possibility of drop, coupled with the malfunction makes (seals) just really bad content.

It's just broken right now. idk if there is a bug report right now but seems silly to complain and not make one if there isn't one. Also iirc TH lowers the timer on drop. And it's not like you have to finish within the 2 hours

(And I do always do it on THF, but it's constantly a not-counted seal 9/10) so having to get 50 seals to accomplish collect 5 is just asking too much.

And Kindred's crest DO count, yet those do not.

Oh I know. I filed a bug last august and it's still in the accepted thread which is 6 pages long now since they haven't cleared it out in forever. Also I think the bug is is that it is counting kindred crest instead of kindred seals...

That said the objective flat out says beastmen seals and kindred crests... so maybe it was some weird way of making it so you can get them at low levels and high levels without just making it all crest/seals?

I'm very lucky, I've yet to get a Seals quest that doesn't display the name of the seals correctly. So all I need to do is read the objective and go kill mobs of the proper level. Which is why Seals is one of my favorite challenges so far.

I hope they fix whatever is broken though.

So in the end all the problem was that people can't be bothered to read the trial's description and fight the appropriate level mobs?

I completely disagree with the change, the quest is far better the way it is right now.

How about turning the original into a repeatable special objective that rewarded more sparks? Maybe that way people would feel inclined to read and fight the right stuff, and if they don't then that's what the "adjusted" objective will be there for. ;)

Really the way it is right now wouldn't almost any level mob works. The low level stuff will drop beastmen and stuff high enough to not drop that would drop kindred crests
