Item Venabulum missing Staff Skill from text?

When Looking up the staff item "Venabulum", I just realized that there was absolutely no staff skill+ on the description of the item. I'm sure some noticed, perhaps even though the text for staff still is missing, it still will give staff skill? Likely they missed that part from the text
