1. After receiving the key item "Imperial Missive", I examined the Audience Chamber in Ru'lude Gardens for a cutscene.
2. During or after the cutscene, I can't remember exactly because it was so long ago, I got disconnect from the internet.
3. When I logged back on I was unable to advance in the quest line because none of the npc's will give me their respective approval letter key items.
