Vishap Mail+1 and Vishap Finger Gauntlets +1

Vishap's Mail +1 says "Jump TP Bonus +35" but when tested in battle it gives +3.5 TP. The same goes for Vishap Finger Gauntlets and it's supposed +30 TP which actually gives +3 TP.
