I went to part : how to redeem the campaign code?

In Step No.5 its say's: Enter the in-game reward code as it appears in the email you received, and then click "Next."

Which Email???
if email of Playonline I received nothing???
if email of hotmail I also received nothing???

Please help me to pass this step.

If you're sure you qualified for the code and you didn't get one, contact support. Also check your junk mail folders and make sure it didn't end up in there.

I never got my codes and there is no support. I've been getting a run around for a month now. There was no chat support option available. This is beyond frustrating and I'm angry after spending years playing and paying monthly subscriptions for this crap.
