Artifact Quest not resetting

Alright so I was stupid and a long time ago I tossed all my AF because I thought nothing would ever be done with it.
I have already redone all my Dark Knight AF and it went simply.

However the problem is on my Ranger AF. I had not finished the quest to get the socks originally. So last night I beat the nm and got my hunters socks. I now have no open quests from the ranger af left. It all shows completed.

But the NPC in jueno does not offer my ranger artifact gear for me to reset it. He will list other gear sets. I called a GM they told me to check the forums, so hear I am. Please help what can I do to restart my ranger AF.

Could it be that I have to wait until the next JP day since i finished this tonight before he would let me cancel it?

I do not know what else to do ;(
