My brother bought the new eminent dagger with 7000 sparks but then realized that DNC was not eligible to use it. You think this is something SE will fix or is it as intended. He spoke with a GM in game but they cannot refund any type of currency.

Luckily it takes no time to re earn 7k sparks. The weapon is as intended most likely.
