Which is what Eminent Dagger is a upgrade of. Notice the lack of Dnc on it. It is because certain models of daggers are unusuable by dnc, and unfortunately they always only want to give those model types some useful stats. Its not like as developers of a game they could say "hey, that is an awesome idea for a weapon! hmm but dnc cant use that model out of the 3-4 main dagger using classes, why dont we change it to a different model dnc can use? NAAAAAAAAAH"
