I am wondering if this is just me or if it's even a problem.
I do have Seekers of Adoulin registered. When I need to go to the Adoulin areas, I play FFXI on my PC. I have been in the Mog Garden a number of times, and everything seems to be ok on the PC version.
But after the update on December 10, I tried to enter the Mog Garden from Port Bastok while playing on my PS2, which does not have SoA installed (since they didn't make an install disc for PS2 NA).
Everything seems to work ok except there is NO background music at all. I would assume that the file needed to play the normal Mog Garden music is part of the install files, and that SE just simply didn't include that file in the download to clients that don't have SoA installed.
I have also tried entering Mog Garden from Port Bastok on my PC, and the music plays just fine. So it is only when entering Mog Garden with a client that does not have SoA installed (a PS2 in my case).
Has anyone else noticed this?
