Tourbillion, Barbed Crescent, and other spells now do their additional affects! Yayyy....

However, it seems Tourbillion, not sure on the others, does not want to land on anything worth wanting to cast it on. In other words, it is receiving mostly resists, even with Buramenk'ah and decent macc gear.

Was this intentional to keep Blue Mages from taking over a Dragoon role?

Was really excited until Prothescar announced this spell is still...worthless :(

Even if it did work it wouldn't necessarily take over for drg. Duration is usually about a minute on a 5 minute timer and can still resist. But it would've actually made a blu debuff nice. And useable. Like maybe use that for certain periods you really need to get dmg in before certain buffs wear then drg for most the rest.

I've always just used Bilgestorm, -25% Attack / Defense is pretty potent and it rarely resists though duration is usually 30s.
