I restarted my character a few weeks ago and was progressing through the missions. When i get to The EMissary rank 2-3 for the Bastok storyline. Well i went to Sandy and did that part first. Then i went to Windy did the talkign and got the Ki Dark Key. I went to Giddeus feeling confident. Went into the fight. Got wrecked. "I'm just underleveled" I tell myself. So i go level come back at 40. The Bunrning Circle wont let me in, just say "A cursed seal has been placed upon this platform." Went back as multiple jobs each a different level but none would let me into the fight. Am i derping hard or is it broken?
