Update failed?

Hi,
Just updated the game on xbox 360. Update went strangely fast like 20mins but now the "Play" button is still greyed and says there is still a maintenance going on. How can i fix that, what's going on?

Watching my wife play on her PC. And doesn't seem like SE even knows about us xbox users sitting patiently waiting for them to fix their error.

So I see 0 posts from anyone on the development team, and no acknowledgement that this is even an issue. I am having this problem with 360 as well. I am a CONSOLE GAMER....I have no intention of EVER playing a FF game on PC. Please get your crap together or risk losing console users. I quit for 6 months when you refused to acknowledge that my XBOX freezes during wildskeepers were even an issue . Don't make us quit for good over an apparent disregard for a huge part of your player base. I also must say that I just love how you guys screw us over, then don't even make up for it in any way. Other on-line games I play compensate their players with in-game rewards when the developers screw them over. How about you shut down PC access to this game once you get 360 access back up and give us time to catch up? Oh no, you can't screw over your precious PC subscribers, just your console ones.
