This would offer some much needed horizontal gear options and also let people wear their much cooler looking (IMO) relic and empy armors. (Especially on puppetmaster, I don't want to go back to the awful AF look lol).
Side question while I'm at it though: Do you need the AF +1 from limbus before you can do reforging?

They already have mentioned they intend to upgrade those as well.

They already said they were. I am guessing they are waiting for higher ilvl armor out with new delves or whenever they have out then they would release the upgraded relic gear event whatever it is. Then do the same thing with empyrean eventually.

It's gonna happen.... probably Feb.
Maybe Jan... but I don't think it'll happen that fast.
But what I can bet on....
RUN and GEO's Relic and Empy sets will already start out at 119....
