Some jobs are benching too much, for the last few years my only 3 mains are almost not taken in the new endgame content. (DRK BLM & NIN)
There are lots of other jobs that needs a little help so they can be used in endgame content.
I suggest to add the abilities, spells & effects that jobs would normally have in other FF so that FFXI really is letting us use our favorite assets from past & new FF.
The spells I am referring to are;
-Ultima (BLM)
-Death (DRK & BLM) ... that use to be low success rate in past FF besides FF tactics with lots of faith.
Also, DRK & BLM both needs a Stun II so they can be picked in Delve as stunners like they used to be.
Nin is so much behind compared to PLD than It really needs an update;
I'd suggest making NIN main able to cast shadows that absorbs AOE & maybe add them Utsusemi: San? Also, Nin really needs something to make it a true NIN, what about a Katana like the one Shadow can have in FFVI (Striker) or give him an assassinate ability?

I would like to mention that BLU are missing Death Lv5, petrify Lv5 & such, that were high success rate but only on foes that the level can be divided by 5 & result in a full number (not factionary).
That I really want to see DRG use a Jump & stay in the air for a full 6-12sec to land on their foe with a massive damage like Kain did in FFIV.
