Oh please 300 items isn't what makes the empy weapon hard is the god damn 1,500 metal plates! lower the number of heavy metal plates, that's insane or give us mobs that drop them more for crying out loud. Nobody does void watch!

I think that quote is a bit old.... Cause iirc the 300 BSstones were deemed acceptable.
So... by going off of his statement, revisions to the older content (probably the HMP and riftdross with priority.... assuming the powers that be aren't blind to the census data) would be in the works atm.
Though....
It's hard to tell if he meant only the 300 would be revised... or if the previous trials would be.

Given the revision of the coin weapons... (iirc, the price of dice and residue was dropped to like 35 for the "real" ones, while the "fake" coin weapons maintained the 100 amount.)
It would not be unreasonable to expect HMP and dross to be revised in a similar way.
